Fewer vehicles
Typically 10–30% fewer vehicles needed for the same work. Every vehicle is a cost: leasing or depreciation, insurance and servicing.
Automated fleet dispatch · on the market since 2014
We automate and optimise your fleet’s dispatch decisions: how many vehicles to send, who takes which order and in what sequence. You pay nothing until real savings appear.

What’s in it for you
Typically 10–30% fewer vehicles needed for the same work. Every vehicle is a cost: leasing or depreciation, insurance and servicing.
Better order allocation and schedules matched to demand mean the same work needs fewer driver hours, and often fewer drivers too.
Denser routes and better road choices that take traffic into account. For larger vehicles we also factor in road tolls: a longer toll-free road is sometimes cheaper than a shorter tolled one.
The system plans how many drivers and vehicles are needed, assigns orders and re-plans routes on its own, including in emergencies. People only deal with the few exceptions, so less dispatching and supervision work is needed.
On top of that, the system automatically records and reports how the work went: when each job started and ended, how many kilometres were driven and where there were delays. This makes settling accounts with carriers and clients easier, whatever the billing model.
Rolling out our system will not stop drivers falling ill, vehicles breaking down or streets getting jammed. One thing changes: the system notices immediately. It checks continuously whether orders are going to plan and, if needed, hands an order to another driver or re-plans routes on its own, for example after a breakdown or a collision.
It reacts instantly and finds solutions a dispatcher usually has no time to look for. As a result, many situations that would have ended in a delay are saved.
You see everything happening in the fleet live, and afterwards you can trace every order to the minute: when it started, when it ended, how many kilometres were driven and what it cost.
Only this kind of transparency gives you full control and a basis for decisions. The system works automatically, but you set the criteria, and you can take manual control in any situation.
How it works
After rollout, our system runs alongside yours and dispatch decisions are made automatically.
You keep the direct relationship with your fleet, your own or carriers’. We receive information on resources and orders live, with every update, and send back plans, schedules and order allocation. We use your driver apps, and if you have none, we provide ours. Our team continuously analyses the results, reports on them and makes improvements.
Would you rather hand over transport and carrier management entirely? A logistics company in our group or a partner can take over the work. Compare both ways of working with us
What sets us apart
Stava runs its fleet dispatch on our platform in about 50 cities and reaches 3.0 orders per courier working hour, against large food-delivery platforms’ averages of about 2.0–2.6.
It achieves a better result despite less favourable conditions (cars only, smaller scale).
We achieve better results in our other deployments too.
Everyone makes promises.
In our case, the entire fee is 10 to 35% of the savings we actually generate.
If the pilot shows no results, we do not sign a contract. If results are missing during the cooperation, we charge no fee for those periods.
Programmers write code, scientists do research, and practitioners know the realities of transport, which are very different from theoretical assumptions and ideas. With us, the same people combine these competences, right from the top of the organisation.
We have technical experience, PhDs and professorships earned exceptionally early, patents and publications. Yet we did not learn about the real challenges in meetings or spreadsheets, but from daily work on the front line: with fleets, drivers, warehouses and recipients.
We made our livelihood depend on solutions that really work. That is why we understand your challenges like no one else, and what we deploy works in practice.
When you buy software, you get a tool. Its vendor sells it to hundreds of companies and, after rollout, usually hands you over to an account manager.
For us, tools are only a means to an end. Our fee depends on the scale of the savings we generate, so our whole team works on your fleet’s results not only during the analysis and rollout, but afterwards too: monitoring, fine-tuning and constantly looking for better solutions.
That is why we work with a small number of clients and become their partner in achieving the best possible logistics results.
The results we achieve are not one unique algorithm. They come from hundreds of our own modules and improvements built over 12 years. The algorithms may be well known. What determines the results includes their parameterisation, feeding them the right data, separating valuable data from noise and interference, and understanding how the data depends on people’s behaviour and how people’s behaviour depends on the system’s decisions.
This knowledge is not in textbooks, documentation, publications or on the internet. AI will not find it there. It is practical knowledge gained over over 12 years of running our own fleet and working with clients’ fleets: with senders, warehouses, recipients, couriers, vehicles and everyday challenges.
We run the analysis and pilot at our own cost and only earn from the savings. A project without results means our team’s time lost, time we could have given to another client.
That is why we first assess honestly, using your data, whether we can generate savings. If we see no potential, we say so straight away instead of dragging out meetings and presentations.
We run a limited number of projects at a time, so the ones we take on get our team’s full attention.

Who our solutions are for
What matters is not who owns the fleet but who decides how it is used. We work with companies that plan their own transport, with their own fleet or with carriers, and handle many orders a day in dense, changing logistics.
Wholesalers with many warehouses and hundreds of customers a day, including food service and grocery wholesale.
Delivery fleets, in-house or subcontracted, serving many locations of a chain.
Fleets working in delivery areas, with pickups coming in during the day.
Pharmaceutical, bakery and other local deliveries with many drop points a day.
Shops and retail chains that deliver shopping to customers, with many deliveries a day.
Carriers and companies that plan truck transport between plants, warehouses and customers.
Who we work with
We do not sell services in the usual way. We look for partners for joint projects. We run a limited number of them, because each one needs continuous work from our team of a dozen or so people, especially during the analysis, pilot and rollout.
Results require joint work. We work with companies that are ready to change their processes.
With small fleets, a fraction of the savings would not cover the work we put into the rollout and then into our ongoing work with the client: oversight, analysis and the search for further improvements.
Orders, demand and conditions change from day to day and even within a day. There is then very little time for an optimal decision, often a matter of minutes or seconds. That is where a well-tuned system delivers the biggest savings, and where our greatest expertise lies.
Before we propose a pilot, we use your data to assess the realistic savings potential.
How to start
First we check whether the project makes economic sense. We implement only once the pilot shows real savings.
We check whether fleet size, potential and team readiness give a chance of results.
On your historical data we show what reduction in fleet size and costs is realistically possible.
A few weeks of preparation, then about 3 months of full optimisation at selected locations. You can stop it at any time.
We present the pilot results and a business case for a wider rollout. The decision is yours.
We are on site for the first rollouts and train your people. At further locations we support your teams remotely.
Monthly results, fine-tuning and further improvements. You pay a share of real savings. On a flexible contract, you can withdraw at any time.
Start with a conversation and historical data on your fleet and orders. The analysis is free. If we do not see potential, we will tell you straight away.
