This policy explains what personal data we process in connection with dispatchrangers.com, for what purpose and for how long, and what rights you have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Dispatch Rangers Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Kowalska 1, 45-588 Opole, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000867888, tax ID (NIP) 7543071410. For any matter concerning personal data, please write to us at the company’s registered address, marked “Personal data”.
Email correspondence
If you write to us at kontakt@dispatchrangers.com, we process the data contained in your message: usually your full name, company name and email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, fleet size and any other information. We do so to respond to your enquiry and to discuss cooperation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us and in developing cooperation with their companies (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot respond without your email address. We keep the data for up to 3 years from our last contact, which corresponds to the limitation period for claims between businesses, unless you object effectively before then. If we start working together, further processing will be governed by the contract.
Server logs
Each time you visit the site, the server records standard information: IP address, date and time, the address of the page visited and information about your browser. We use it solely to keep the site secure and working properly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep it for no longer than 90 days.
Visit statistics
For visit statistics we use our own analytics tool, running on our servers. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. It collects aggregate information: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, which devices and browsers they use and which country they connect from. We do not combine this information with other data, and it does not allow us to identify you. We use it to see which content is useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site does not use cookies. If you choose the light or dark theme, we remember this choice in your browser’s storage (localStorage); this information is not sent to us. You can remove it by switching back to the automatic theme or by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.
Recipients of data
The site runs on our own servers in the European Union. Emails are delivered to our mailbox in Microsoft 365, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, which processes the data on our behalf. Where necessary, data may also be disclosed to providers of IT or legal services to us and to authorities entitled to it by law.
We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area ourselves. If our email provider processes data outside it, it does so only with the safeguards required by the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- have inaccurate data rectified,
- have your data erased,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
To exercise these rights, write to us at the company’s registered address given above. We do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
